Tell Me What to Read!

I finally typed up my to-read list in a spreadsheet, and you can download it here:

Books to Read

(note: blue/green is a book I started and never finished, red is one I finished).

What I want is your thoughts on what to read next. If you have read these books, write your thoughts. If you think one sounds interesting, let me know. I have over a hundred books to read (and trust me, that will grow). I certainly need input!

  2. Saw you like to write YA. Best YA book I’ve read recently was The Language of Flowers. Also, if you haven’t read The Book Thief or I am the Messenger yet, I’d totally recommend those!

  3. Of the ones in your list, I read Girl in Hyacinth Blue and liked it, also read Amusing Ourselves to Death and it was okay. Ones not in your list that you might like: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, and Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott.

    • I’ve been thinking about Bird by Bird, because sits such a classic, but sometimes I just look at the shelf of writing books I have and grimace. Maybe I’ll have to do some sort of writing-book-giveaway thing so I can get some new ones.

Got A Thought?
